Shipping policy
First of all, thank you for choosing our artwork to live on your walls. We pack every framed piece with care (and a little admiration) before it leaves the studio. Here’s everything you need to know about how your art gets from us to you.
Delivery Times
Each artwork is individually made to order and carefully framed by hand. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- United Kingdom: 3-4 days (Express delivery also available)
- Europe: 4-5 days (Express delivery also available)
- United States & Canada: 4-6 days (Express delivery also available)
- Rest of World: 7–10 days (Express delivery also available)
Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. While we work with reliable couriers, once your artwork leaves our hands, delivery times are influenced by couriers, customs, weather, and the occasional mysterious logistics delay. During busy periods (holidays, sales, or when one of our pieces goes viral), processing may take slightly longer. We promise we’re working fast as we can, just without compromising quality.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free delivery promotions (because who doesn’t love that?) Please note: customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can:
- Refresh the tracking page 14 times
- Watch it move from depot to depot
- Celebrate when it says “Out for delivery”
(We do it too when we order things online. No judgement here.)
Packaging & Protection
Framed artwork is carefully wrapped and boxed using protective packaging to prevent damage in transit. We use protective corner guards, impact-resistant wrapping and sturdy outer packaging. Your art should arrive beautifully ready to hang, not ready for repair.
