Refund policy

At Studio William, we hope you love your artwork from the moment it’s on your wall. No one orders art hoping to test a returns policy - and we’ll always aim to resolve things smoothly. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns.


Returns

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the artwork and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.  To be eligible, your item must be undamaged and in its original condition and returned in its original packaging. 

Please note, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalised pieces, commissioned artwork, sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, email us at hello@studiowilliam.art with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions from there.

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
